Want to stop smoking and stay stopped?

Walsall Quit Smoking Service offers group and one-to-one support for smokers who want to stop in a variety of different venues around the borough. Staffed by two full time Specialist Advisors and a dedicated receptionist, the service accepts health professional referrals, but it is also possible to refer yourself by calling Walsall freephone 0800 169 9346. All services are free of charge and offer access to Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) or Zyban on the NHS, where appropriate, which can double the chances of quitting successfully. Currently, the service is running a clinic every Tuesday afternoon in the Nurse Practitioner Unit at Blakenall Community Association.
